Tyler Grange took part in the UK four-day week pilot and as a result of its success have now made the four-day working week permanent. Simon and Carly share their key findings and the measures, changes and initiatives they had to put in place to ensure the success of the four-day working week. They also share some great learnings and pitfalls to avoid.
One of the key measurments of the success of the 4 day week trial at Tyler Grange has seen a 70% reduction in absence within the workforce.
